My husband was in prison . He is out since 2012. Now

Resolved Question:

My husband was in prison for fraud. He is out since 2012. Now I'm pregnant and want to know if social services will be involved if they find out he was in prison.

Hi, thank you for your question. I am a qualified family law solicitor.
Social services will only become involved if there are child protection concerns or if they feel that you, or the father are a risk to the children. A fraud conviction does not necessarily mean that social services will raise concerns.
