my ex is due to attend court in December-he says he will not show up, this will be the second time he has done this
it is for maintenance ordered by the judge nearly two years ago
he owes £2700
what will happen
he does pay £450 per month csa

If he does not attend Court then the Judge can make costs orders against him (for example paying for your costs of the hearing) and make an order in his absence.
