-Could you explain your situation a little more?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Out of revenge for reporting my ex-girlfriend to the police she has engaged a solicitor who is trying to serve a non molestation order on me using my email address. I have not responded to the email.
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.
Oh yes, of course she has. There isn't much genuine abuse in the UK.
But service by email is perfectly valid.
If this is an ex parte order then there will be a date set down for consideration of the full hearing at which you can attend and make representations.
You can always offer undertakings and then move on from this nonsense.
