Customer Question

What does it mean to 'protect' a deposit when purchasing a property. Was my solicitor negligent if I was never offered this service?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
No, that only applies to rented property. In any event even if the Solicitor did not protect it, unless you have suffered a loss then you would have no claim.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
