Clare, I just learnt that my final hearing is before a judge

Resolved Question:

Clare, I just learnt that my final hearing is before a judge who is head of chambers at the chamers of my ex-wife's barristerIs that a cause for concern - and a reason for a judge to recuse himself?
Or can/should I apply for recusal?
