Hello Welcome to Just Answer I am a Solicitor and will assist you. I can confirm that family mediation does charge for its service - but legal aid is available for mediation dependent on your means. The mediator will first invite you for an assessment appointment to see if you qualify for legal aid. If you do not they will charge you around £70 for that appointment. Kind Regards ***** ***** kindly remember to rate positively so that we receive credit for helping you today
