Customer Question

Hello
My wife and I are separated
I had previously given her permission to take our 3 young children on a trip abroad
I am now not comfortable with this as we don't have formal custody arrangements in place
Am I able to stop her taking the kids away?

HiThank you for your questionMy name is ***** ***** do my best to help you but I need some further information first.Where is your wife taking them and why?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
To Ireland for a wedding in her family
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
What is your concern about this? How old are the children?Does your wife work?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That we have no formal custody arrangement in place and that our relationship is quite up and down currently
I asked her to shorten the trip but she would not
The kids are 6, 5 and 15 months
Yes she works full time
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
How long is she going for?Do you have any reason to believe she does not intend to return?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Simply eratic behaviour
I do not doubt she intends to bring them back to the uk
An eleven day trip is a bit excessive for a wedding though
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.
When is she going?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Tomorrow
