I have 2 incomes. My pension pays 22k and my current employment pays 16k.My wife is allso in receipt of 2 incomes. She gets a private pension of 5k and her employment pays her 8k.I really do not want a precise answer. All I want is roughly what am I liable for should we go down this very unfortunate path.I sincerely ***** ***** but I have a nagging suspicion she has been cheating on me.

Yes your wife would have a claim on the Pension you receive - but it is more likely to be payable as ongoing Spouse maintenance rather than as a pension Sharing Order.
