Hi, thank you for your question. Just a bit more information required to fully assist you:
-How old are you both?
-How long have you been married?
-What are the proposed arrangements for the children?
-What properties, assets and pensions do you both have (both sole and joint), together with values?
-What is his income?
-Whose name is ***** ***** in?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am 29, he is 37. We are both on the mortgage. We have been married 14months. No other assets. His income is £32000p/y. The children will be living with me in the house and he will have them three weekends out of four.
