Hi

A formally worded letter is fine.

He can keep the items there until the property is sold I am afraid

Please ask if you need further details

SORRY ABOUT THIS BUT HOW CAN I BE SURE HE WILL REMOVE THEM AND WHAT BACK UP IS THERE FOR ME
IF HE DOESN'T
CAN I REMOVE THEM WHEN THE ITEMS AREN'T MINE
Expert:  Clare replied 11 months ago.

This will be dealt with within any Court Order that you obtain if he does not agree to the sale.

If he does agree then it will be part of the negotiations for sale
