Hi, thanks for your question. As part of the divorce in England you can enter into a financial settlement with each other and it will need to be submitted to court, along with a D81 form, once your Decree Nisi is granted and the court will assess and approve it so that it is legally binding.
I hope this assists you. If you found this information helpful please provide a positive rating using the stars at the top of this page. I will not be credited for your question without a positive rating. Thank you
A separation agreement, or financial agreement can be prepared in England and under English law but must be approved by the court for it to be legally binding.
For the divorce to be recognised in Turkey you will need to file a divorce suit in Turkey - you can see here: http://www.turkishconsulate.org.uk/en/marriage_divorce.asp?PageID=4
