Thanks for confirming. If you have concerns that she has now finished education and they are refusing to communicate with you I would suggest you contact the CSA/CMS and raise this issue and they will be able to investigate for you if you have a live claim/calculation against you. If there is no application with the CMS there is no enforceable liability against you and if the mother and daughter ar refusing to communicate with you and you stop paying maintenance they cannot seek any payment from you and must proceed to the CMS with an application.
