Customer Question

I was divorced on 1st July this year and my ex husband said in court that he had no intention of moving to Vietnam, I have found out that is where he is living. It was put in the court order. Can I take him back to court and if so, who pays the costs?

i don't know what you mean, it was a very bitter divorce .

It is in the recordings of the court order that "he has no current intention to live in Vietnam" can I take him back to court as he has threatened to take me to court because the house has'nt sold.

What difference does where he lives make to the Order that was made?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Because it is much cheaper in Vietnam and he lied in court.
