Good afternoon, it rather comes down to your price point.

For most domestic treadmills the cushioned deck makes very little to no difference, less so when your walking.

The video here shows you the type of mechanisms in place in the more top end treadmills you will see in a gym.

Once I know your budget, and you approximate build\weight I can better answer your question and provide you a few to consider.
