I have a 2.0 turbo ford mondeo , there is a lever on the turbo that should move forwards and let air into the engine , but sometimes it will not move and the engine seems muffled , what should I do ?

Hello, I'm sorry you haven't had a reply sooner, I hope I can assist.

What made you replace the turbo? Has any diagnostic work been carried out to try to diagnose the fault, if so what? Does the glow plug light flash when the fault is evident? I assume the turbo actuator rod is electronically operated and not vacuum operated, is this correct?
