If the dealership is too far away, then the recovery option you have from Ford in your handbook will recover the vehicle and take it to the nearest Ford dealership for repair at no cost to yourself/
If you are abroad, then you may have to pay for this repair up front and then reclaim the cost from Ford when you get home.
