Mark :

Hello. My name is Mark and I will be assisting you today.

Mark :

When the system shows immobiliser active it means the key has not been recognised.

Mark :

The first thing to do is try the spare key.

Mark :

If this also is not recognised then the fault is with the vehicle.

Mark :

This means the system needs to be reset using the correct diagnostic equipment.

Mark :

You also have to do all the keys for the vehicle. If you only did the main used key then the spare will not work.
