Hi there good afternoon to you

Ok your fault lies With a faulty heater resistor(rheostat )
This controls the variable earth thus controls the different fan speeds

This is located in the passemgers footwell and is secured by 1 screw and a 4 pin multiplug and takes a few minutes to replace

These resistors are around £20 from memory but would have to double check this for you
