Hello

this sounds like it could be a dribbling injector gradually letting a little fuel into the combustion chamber over night / time

so it would be worth considering a bottle of injector cleaner into the tank - the next stage on from this is to remove all the injectors and have them ultrasonically cleaned and flow checked
