Customer Question

I have a year old fiesta commercial vehicle, deisel. It has automatic lights. The headlamps go on when you start the car (dipped headlights). Unable to turn them down or off. Manually or auto. High beam works. Must be a way to sort this.

Hello

If the light sensor sees a lack of light then the headlamps will come on

the light sensor is around the back of the rear view mirror, where it sticks onto the windscreen. try giving the windscreen glass on the outside a clean and see if that makes a difference
