Customer Question

Hi, I am a ford kuga owner, 09 reg, I have recently suffered a failure to open the doors with the fob so switched to the spare after changing the battery.

I am on holiday in France and the spare fob has failed now, I have changed the battery in this one and it still does not work remotely
