Can anyone please tell me the definitive solution to resolve

Customer Question

Can anyone please tell me the definitive solution to resolve a failed turbo on a 2005 Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI? the vehicle has done 93,000 miles and the turbo has just failed with what appears to be a very common problem due to clogging of dirty oil. Thanks Lee

Also previously the engine has been diagnosed by two garages, injectors 3 and 4 have been removed, with carbon deposits cleaned and then resealed. The boost sensor has been replaced the EGR valve inspected and the turbo intercooler pipe/hose replaced.
