Lets try again. My i-pod works on my Bose dock. When connected

Lets try again.
My i-pod works on my Bose dock.
When connected via the USB socket in my Mondeo I can no longer hear anything although details of the song including the time elapsing is shown on the display. I have changed the i-pod and the connecting cable to no effect.

Hi there thanks
Ok the first thing to do is reset the Bluetooth /AUX module
To do this remove fuse 6 from the passengers fuse box (passengers footwell )
And leave it out for 5 minutes then refit it and Recife the radio
Make sure nothing is plugged into the USB port when you refit the fuse
This should resolve your issue
