I am trying to jump start a focus from a 2009 Mondeo-how do

Customer Question

I am trying to jump start a focus from a 2009 Mondeo-how do I access the negative terminal of the Mondeo battery?

Hi there good evening to you
Ok you don't have to connect the negative lead to the negative terminal on the battery
There is a negative jumper post /stud to the right hand side of the battery tray which is connected to the negative terminal (this is used due to restricted access to the negative battery terminal
This is where you connect the negstive jump lead

do I place the black clip in the same spot on the focus?

Thanks for speed of first response

The engine has been running for 5 miunutes now-the black lead is connected to a metallic part of the engine of the focus but its still dead-should I place it in the same area of the focus as for the Mondeo? (jumper post adjacent to the battery?)
