No my son was driving the car parked up with the engine off but was still playing music in the car 15 mins when he went to start the engine nothing would work and had to have the car towed to the garage as they said the electrics had also blown had a new battery fitted and new coil pack but then the engine management light came on and started flashing they then took the battery back out cleaned all the fittings and put them back car is still running fine but the light is still flashing

there thanks
Ok this faukt can be caused by a few things but is most commonly down to the pcm learned values not being reset
Is engine speed learn etc
These are functions that must be reset by fords ids laptop
Ideally I would like a note of the fault code logged as this is an important part of the diagnosis where by this can be caused by a few different things he cram sensor issues or unlearned crank pick up point
But the last few KA s with this fault have been resolved by relearning these functions
Again this is a service function carried out by ids
If you need anymore help or advice on this issue please let me know
Or if you wish to contact me further after correct fault vode has been retreived
If you are Completely satisfied with my answer /advice
PLEASE RATE MY ANSWER
Kind regards ***** ***** and have a nice evening
We can continue on this post even after rating this post will stay open
