Basically I was driving and something snapped in the engine! And now I spoke with some guys at a garage and told me that if the engine is noninterfaced it will cost me much less than a interfaced one to repaire! Sorry I am not a engine car expert to explain better maybe you will understand what I mean!

Hi there good morning to you and sorry for the delayed response
Ok I assume you meant interference or non interference engines
The 1.8tdci is a contact engine (ie :the vakves will hit the Pistons of the timing goes
If the timing belt or bottom timing chain has snapped then there will be damage
In each case I have seen this happen there has always been valve damage
You can attempt to for a new bekt dtc and regime it but in my experience there will be damage to the valves thus the cylinder head will need to be removed to inspect the damage
