Customer Question

Hi Sean, I have a 2.0 focus TDCI 55 plate. It has had dpf removed and so called remapped but the code P2002 still comes up after 30 or so miles. Have tried a second hand sensor, checked pipes for splits all seem ok and have blown them through with airline. Any more ideas that I can check? Thanks, Tone

Hi there tone good mornig to you
Ok the 2002 code is a pressure sensor reading issue
There is 3 wires on the sensor
1- 5 volt reference
2- earth
3 - output voltage to the pcm
The pins vary on some vehicles so I would have to clarify the diagram
You need to check the 5 vt feed and earth are there with plug connected to sensor (ignition on )
Then go between the ground of the sensor and the ourour wire and note the voltages at
1- ignition on
2- idle
3- 3000 rpm
If you can check these voltages I can advise further
