Hello

a noise that changes when you press the clutch pedal is very likely to be a worn clutch release bearing

these will carry on for some time like this but if the noise gets louder and louder then that will be the cue to remove the gearbox to replace the bearing

once you've gotten the gearbox off then yes its a good idea to check over the flywheel and clutch as with this milage its likely some parts may need replacing
