Hello, I hope I can be of assistance.
Do you have the chassis number of the car? So I can obtain the correct wiring information.
Let me know and I'll reply as soon as I'm able to.
Thank you.

Hello again.
The windows are powered by 1 fuse, fuse 14.
If the driver's side window switch fails this will stop the passenger window working as well due to the earth for the passenger window going through the driver's switch. Pin's 1 and 7 of both connectors on the driver's side go to the windows, depending on which direction the window goes these will be a 12 volt feed and an earth. Going down pin 7 (yellow) should be 12 volts and pin 1 (white) an earth, going up will reverse polarity.
The earth connection for the windows is on the passenger side inner sill.
Start with checking the switches, it's very unlikely both motors would fail together.
Let me know if I can advise further and I'll reply as soon as I'm able to.
Best wishes,
Sean.
