2007 Ford Fiesta ST will not start. Showing water temperature

2007 Ford Fiesta ST will not start. Showing water temperature too high message when engine cold and engine system failure. Have replaced ECT sensor and replaced matched instrument cluster and key but problem still there.
Fault codes showing ABS U2523 Gen module with u0146-20 ic u0100-20 u2510-20 pcm p1000-63
Prior to it stopping it would cut out but before vehicle had come to rest would start again

What equipment was used?

Thanks for coming back .

The codes were got using using IDS

When trying to start nothing happens other than the warning messages come up and the immobaliser light flashes once then six times.
