Customer Question

My wife's Fiesta Zetec refuses to start. We get a ticking noise on turning the key, and the error message "ABS Malfunction".
Is there anything we can try ?

Hi there good afternoon to you
Ok from your description of the issue its indicates the battery voltage is too low to crank the engine
Thus meaning the fault lies with the battery
I would attempt to bump start the vehicle if you don't have access to jump leads etc
But would advise having the battery replaced asap
If you need anymore help or advice on this issue please let me know
