Customer Question

I am in the process of getting a divorce in Ireland. We are both Irish citizens and resident in Ireland. We own a leaseback property in France with no mortgage and were adviced to wait for the lease to finish before selling as the price would improve.
The lease finishes in Nov 2018. We are both agreed on selling with a 50/50 split.
Because it was bought as a married couple would this cause any problem when we go to sell when we are divorced?
