Dear Customer,

Thank you so much for your question.

May I ask

Whose will is it ?

Has it been notarized ?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I do not have this information. It would be a relation of mine.

Expert:  Claudia Schiessl replied 3 years ago.
Dear Customer,

if the will has been notarized it will still be there

The notary has to keep a copy

If it has not been notarized msit likely it would no longer be there.

Alo you have to have a good reason to obtain a copy
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

would being a grandchild be sufficient reason? and would you need to know the exact notary?

Expert:  Claudia Schiessl replied 3 years ago.
Dear Customer,

yes that would be a reason

Yes ypu would have to know who it was exactly
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

thank you for your assistance

You are welcome

Even if the notary does not exist any more he has to have a successor
