Hi Fergal and welcome

Thank you for allowing me to assist you with your question today.

Sorry for delay

Hope you don't mind I have some questions for you.

Do you know what temp stat you put in?

Are both heater hoses hot off engine?

What does engine temp get to?

If you have some kind of thermometer set on engine so we know about what temp it's getting up to.

Does upper hose ever get hot?

Do you have good flow from blower motor out cab vents?

Is your engine fan direct drive or clutch fan?

Let me know and we can continue.
Thanks
spanky
