Customer Question

Hi we have a potterton promax combi HEplus boiler which has been working fine with the hot water over the summer. We tried to put on the heating a few nights ago and it wouldn't fire up? The Dial is turned to both water and heating and the flame symbol is showing up on the timer, but the radiators are not heating up. Do you have any suggestions that we could try

OK, try this;
1. Remove the transmitter and place it under the boiler.
2. Remove the batteries from the transmitter and cut power to the boiler.
3. Wait 30 seconds and turn back on
4. Insert NEW batteries
5. Let them resync and it should work fine.

Note - If you have a few walls in between the transmitter and receiver it may lose the signal before it indicated a battery problem.
