Hi its a VITODENS 100-w-wb1b 35KW systems boiler heating controls by john Guest heating control screens linked to a Speedfit underfloor system. all installed in 2011.

KevinWhiteJA :

OK thanks

JACUSTOMER-jaa2l1kf- :

We are using JG TM4 heating control screens which now appear to switching off before hitting the temp level set. We have repeatedly reset the system using the instruction manual and in the same manner as for the last 2 years without issues

KevinWhiteJA :

ok

KevinWhiteJA :

Have you already tried to Pressurize the boiler and then isolate it by the ch valves under the boiler.

KevinWhiteJA :

The boiler must be isolated electrically and then you can open the valves to pressurize the boiler

JACUSTOMER-jaa2l1kf- :

No as not sure of steps to do this would appreciate further advice on this or is there a manual I should look at.

KevinWhiteJA :
