XXXXX XXXXX :

Are you able to take the cover off and locate the pump?

XXXXX XXXXX :

Try the large screw in the centre and take it out

XXXXX XXXXX :

There may be a trickle of water when you do

XXXXX XXXXX :

Turn on the heating and see if the pump is spinning - you will see the insides turn if it does

XXXXX XXXXX :

If not the use a small screwdriver and see if you can free them with a twist

XXXXX XXXXX :

If that does not work then you will have to replace the pump

Customer:

hi have checked pump as you said and it is working ok do you no what error code 168 means

XXXXX XXXXX :

This is not in the manual but is usually a PCB fault

XXXXX XXXXX :

Can you turn it off and check every connection on the back of the board

Customer:

sorry it took so long checked connections still not working any other suggestions if not will call someone out

XXXXX XXXXX :

With that fault code it would be best. Try someone that does a repair for a fixed price then you cannot be stung for the PCB

Customer:

thanks for your help keith
