Good morning,
This is a case where the valve has failed internally. the parts are also obsolete unfortunately. The best thing to do here is have that replaced.
When they fail like that it means there is too much corrosion inside and bad seals.
I can help you replace that if you have the tools and are handy;-)
Please let me know if you would like to do that?
I will stick with you until this is fixed but since this may take some time, if you will rate my service in a positive fashion thus far before you close this page, the system will allow me to schedule free follow ups with you and also ensure your question will NOT close or time out;-)
You will then be able to contact me at anytime at no additional cost until we have this fixed for you.

Thank you XXXXX

could you please tell me how to remove the valve control head to start

Expert:  Michael replied 3 years ago.
Hi Lynton I will work with you on that but its best to see if you can locate parts for that before taking it apart;-)
I will check for you as well. Do you have the tools and experience for this?
If so we will replace or fix the valve.
Thanks.
