Thanks Brian, this could be one of a few things. I would suspect the heating element here because I believe that one has 115VAC heating element.
You can check the element for continuity by setting your meter to OHMs and remove the wires from the element, then attach the meters probes to the elements ends. Let me know what reading you get?

l have tried a new element on it. It's says on element 220/240v

Thanks Brian, I noticed that on the schematic this morning.
What this means is that there is a bad connection. It may be a burnt or corroded wire connector so please check the wires that run to the element. If you see that the power is only 115 AC all the way to the control board then the relay in the control board is at fault. Unfortunately that relay is not available so you would then need to replace the control board to fix this one.
If you do need the board, its not cheap but the best place for price and reliability is Espares.
