I changed over 2 double sockets. It was a straight swap old

Customer Question

I changed over 2 double sockets. It was a straight swap old for new. But the box keeps tripping now when I try and screw them back to the wall. When I leave them hanging out the box does not trip and the other sockets in the house can be used. But if I try and put a plug into the socket hanging out it trips the box as well
Can you please help with some advice please

It sounds like a neutral fault. Can you send me a picture of the wiring at the back?
