Following A power cut, my optima house alarm isnt functioning

Following A power cut, my optima house alarm isn't functioning properly. When I try to set the alarm, the zones bleep as though there is eg a door open. I have tried resetting, and have even tried omitting the faulty zones but nothing works. Can u help??
