in your answer to my question about the problems with my roomacoustic you refer to amazon to the marantz av 8802av pre-amplifiers/processor. i do not understand it clearly. is it to suggest me to replace my yamaha for the marantz ?

Hi Frans,

What I suggest is that you complete the ypao calibration on the yamaha first and evaluate how it sounds to you.
There is nothing inherently "bad" about the yamaha, and you may find it quite acceptable to you. Tr yit first, and if you are not happy with it and prefer to look for something else, then at that point the marantz is what I would recommend.
