yes

Ok, so when you turn on the set, does it come up on the HDMI input and then switch toTV?

Or does it just come up already on the TV input?

Please let me know so that we can continue.

you put source on hdmi when you turn on and immediately goes

to tv

Expert:  Steve G. replied 3 years ago.
So you can't keep the set on the HDMI input? It flips to TV?

And I assume that you have a functioning HDMI source plugged in to the TV?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

it dosnt stay on hdmi and source is plugged in to tv

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

doesn't stay on hdmi and has functioning source plugged in

have a smaller tv connected at the moment and that's ok

Expert:  Steve G. replied 3 years ago.
Ok, that is odd.

Let's rule out the remote. When you turn on the set, cover the remote so that it can't send signals to the TV.

Does the TV do the same thing?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

have covered remote but still does iy

Expert:  Steve G. replied 3 years ago.
Ok, then you have a problem with the Main Board. You would need to have it swapped out with a good one.

Is the set under any kind of warranty?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

its not under warranty thanks for advise any idea how much a main board would cost

Expert:  Steve G. replied 3 years ago.
I would think between £50 and £75 if we can find one.

You would need to remove the back panel and grab the part number off the board - there is not much documentation on this set unfortunately.

Once we have that, we can see if there is one available in the UK.

The Main Board is the board with the external connections mounted to it.

I'll be here if you need more help or if you get stuck.
