My Denon RCD-M39DAB has decided that there is no service on

Resolved Question:

My Denon RCD-M39DAB has decided that there is no service on Dab Radio. CD is fine.
I have disconnected and reconnected the antenna but it did not help.

Hello and sorry you're having problems. Please disconnect the Denon from power, then plug it back in, while simultaneously pressing "<<" and "Source" on the front of the receiver. "Initialize" should then be displayed. This clears any glitches within the micro-processor that may be causing this. Let me know what happens. If you need further assistance let me know. Hi Aric,

No luck yet. I unplug, Replug switch on while pressing dot and arrow.

If dot is a moment before arrow, it changes function. Otherwise it goes on Dab search and then no service. I did it about 10 times.

The Manual you have given me does not support DAB.

Yes I am pressing source (dot) and << (arrow).

On my Manual RCD-M39DAB page 18

1 press setup during DAB reception

2 Use ^ v to select Tuner Setup, then press enter or >

3 use ^ or v to select DAB autoscan then press enter or>

4 Press enter. This unit searches for receivable Dab stations

No it doesn't

I got my wife to help me and we plugged it in and pressed the buttons and it now works.
