Hi I have a combination boiler which is on a very low pressure.

Customer Question

Hi
I have a combination boiler which is on a very low pressure. I switched it to the off position and I turned the screw to the valve some 3ft below the boiler in the pipe connected to it. There is no response in the pressure guage which is just above zero

Is there a flexible pipe attached to the pipework under the boiler?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
No there is no flexible pipe under the boiler

D you have a pair of silver valves that are tee'd into the cold supply (the cold 15mm pipe under the boiler) and one of the heating pipes?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No. I don't. There appears to be only one valve on the cold water supply

There is either a silver flexible pipe or a built in filling loop - what is the GC number of the appliance?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

GC No is 47-075-18

The boiler itself does not have one. Perhaps it is mean to attach to the pipework under the boiler but has been disconnected? Something like this?
