Can you tell me what happens when you run 2 taps fast?

***** ***** :

Can you tell me what you hear if you turn off the power to the boiler and turn a tap on when your ear is against the case?

Customer:

when we run the tap the boiler dose not fire.when we run two taps the boiler still dose not fire.with power off you can here the water run and nothing else

That means the divertor valve is not firing the boiler

***** ***** :

Inside the divertor valve is a rubber diaphragm which stretches over time

You should get this swapped out - it should cost about £120 for the new diaphragm

Customer:

how can this be rectifed

***** ***** :

or £250 for the whole valve

***** ***** :
