Good morning just a few question before we tackle this ~ why have you decided to fit the OBC82 when you can still get the BHO11, and does the extra work justify its fitting?

The link following takes you to a company that refurbishes the BHO11 if you cant find a new one ~~ http://www.igniteheatingspares.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=311 ~~

Original wiring for the BHO111 ~~ http://nu-way.co.uk/image/data/pdfs/D11_A20-A36-F55%20Manual.pdf ~~

Herewith the wiring for the OBC82 ~~ http://heating.danfoss.com/PCMPDF/OBC80_VIAAA357_hi-res.pdf ~~

I have wired the new control box as per wiring diagram ,which I had already done.
I have linked 8-3 as there is no pre-heater.have connected alarm wire to 10.
Do I need to link 4-5 as there is only 1 oil valve on the pump.
There is power to control box controlled by the boilerstat, green light on control box flashes green
but does nothing else. Dennis
