I have a Worcester Greenstar 30cdi combi. This heats the water

Customer Question

I have a Worcester Greenstar 30cdi combi. This heats the water and operates the central heating. The water heater is fine, but the central heating is not working. The boiler fires up OK when I operate the control panel, but the radiators do not respond - they don't heat up. I would welcome a visit from one of your engineers to check out the problem for me.
Many thanks,

Hi , it could be the click , room stat if you have one or on the boiler , either the flow switch. Or, diverter valve . the unfortunately this is just a question and answer site and we do not have engineers we send out . ask family ,friends and neighbours for the number of a reputable engineer .
