can you help with a pilot light which has gone out on a Ravenheat combi boiler which has a 'reset knob' which seems stuck in a central position.

Hi . turn the power off at the fused / plug for 5 mins. This will be the same as a reset.turn on the heating and listen to the sounds the boiler makes. Does the fan run, does the boiler attempt to light/ spark . does the boiler light then go about quickly ?
