Hello again,

Thank you for your question.

The indefinite leave visa is for them to settle in the UK, if they are out of the UK for more than 2 years, they will lose it. It all depends on how long they are out of the UK for e.g. if they live here for 5 months and then go out for 3 months and then come back, they will be fine, but if they live here for 5 months and then go away for 2 years, they will lose the settled status.

to be more specific Every year if they live in UK 6 Months and Live Out of UK 6 Months will it affect ILR please advise

I cannot give you a guarantee that it will not affect their ILE status, but if they move their base to the UK e.g. Main home in the UK and not other country, they will have a stronger case to retain ILE.
